Before sending your Zippo Hand Warmer for repair, check the instructions and warranty information by clicking above. If your Zippo Hand Warmer still does not function properly and is within the warranty period, please follow the repair steps below.
*Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself as it could damage the hand warmer beyond repair.
1. Prepare Hand Warmer To Ship
Due to postal and other shipping regulations, allow the fluid to evaporate for two days.
- Allow fuel to evaporate for two days.
2. Packing Hand Warmer
- Please attach a short note with your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and description of the problem.
- Pack the hand warmer in a padded envelope or small package.
3. Send Hand Warmer:
Send your package to the Zippo Repair Clinic with a tracking number and insurance
